We are looking for new colleagues to join our team both for Full Time schedules and Part Time schedules - 6 hours, 4 hours

Responsibilities / Acomplishments:

  •  Professional and efficient handling of customer requests by phone or e-mail;
  • Checking the validity of issues or complaints and suggesting adequate solutions;
  • Forwarding/escalation of critical customer requests/complaints to supervisors or specialists and reporting back to customers on how the inquiry/complaint has been solved;
  • Corresponding with customers in a friendly way ensuring a high customer satisfaction;
  • Providing context specific information and advice to customers according to internal guidelines and policies;
  • Tracking information and change of customer data in the relevant applications;
  • Sharing complex cases and challenges with the team leader and other persons nominated as well as helping to improve the overall service quality of the team;
  • Coordination with other departments from partner entities in Italy;
  • Attentive and active participation in training courses offered by the company;
  • Following instructions of the team leader or management of the company.

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience:

  • Proficient language (minimum Italian B2) and communication skills;
  • Medium English knowledge is nice to have;
  • Flexibility;
