We are looking for a Customer Care Agent / Call Center Agent in Bucharest to handle all inbound communications and join our brand-new team.
You will handle all incoming communication with customers and work with upper management to define improvements of the process and the application.
- Handling all incoming customer e-mails, chat messages and telephone inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Correctly diagnosing and solving customer’s requests by offering the best solution
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge of our services, smartphone/tablet technology or other technical information
- Attention to detail, analytical mind with problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to change;
- Ability to continuously discover and suggest new improvements of the app, based on observations and requests from
- Proactive, resourceful personality and a team player
- Work closely with Communication / Product / Design team with expertise on the main language
- Excellent/ Native English (written and spoken),
- Excellent / Native Spanish (written and spoken), or/ and;
- Excellent / Native Russian (written and spoken) or/ and;
- Excellent / Native Chinese (written and spoken);
- Any other language is a plus ( ex. German, French, etc)
- Previous experience in a customer care position and with a Call center
- Customer oriented, positive attitude, ability to quickly develop a rapport with our customers and to handle stressful situations
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Experience with IT products and / or a keen interest in mobile applications
- Availability for shifts and flexible schedule
- Familiar with office and any other new software
