Knowledge of Windows Server, Networks, ADS, Domains, MSSQL, XML, Terminal Server, VMs is a plus

Description of activities
Register, analyze and solve all requests from our customers related to ORTEC optimization software
Provide technical support to customers by e-mail or phone respecting the agreed SLA’s
Register each interaction with the customers (phone, e-mail, order, complaint), and the rest of the activities in our ticketing system.
Support the implementation team with software installations at customers (via remote connection), pre and post installation tests, creation of documents, and maintenance of knowledge portal, solving network and hardware issues.
