We are looking for suitable candidates for a CRM Technical Analyst position for our team currently working in banking industry. More details will be provided during the interview.

Required Skills and Expertise

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially related to articulating technical specifications
  • Strong technology skills, 5+ years in developing, customizing or configuring software
  • Relevant experience with as many of the following
    • SQL / ETL
    • Integration: SOA, REST
    • Previous experience, in a technical role, with Dynamics CRM or willingness to learn it
  • The following are desired, but not essential
    • Programming experience (ASP.NET, HTML 5, JavaScript)
    • Server administration: Windows Server, AD, IIS, Networking
    • Reporting platforms
    • Previous experience, in a technical role, with enterprise content management systems
    • UML or similar software documentation frameworks and tools

 

Responsibilities

  • Support and validate business requirements analysis
  • Understand required Dynamics CRM parametrizations and customizations
  • Customize Dynamics CRM using entities, forms, workflows, reports and plug-ins
  • Write or review technical specifications for planned work
  • Analyse and document data migration and system integration
  • Handle daily communications with external or internal stakeholders on the status of changes or issues resolution
  • Participate in informal or formal design and architecture sessions with fellow consultants
  • Proactive involvement, as part of a technical team, in the resolution of technical issues with technologies related to Dynamics CRM 2016
