Responsible for the timely and effective execution of tasks and activities related to customer accounting for specific operating entities: ownership of the bank statements upload and clearing process (both incoming and outgoing payments) as well as exposure to invoicing, dunning, customer payments and broker payments.

Job Responsibilities

  • Respect daily deadlines
  • Daily upload of bank statements from the bank into SAP
  • Daily clearing of open bank statement items in SAP
  • Reporting related to the process of bank statements clearing
  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Daily management of the bank suspense accounts open items (timely follow-up and resolution of all issues)
  • Bank suspense accounts reconciliations
  • Daily management and reporting of customer and brokers accounts open and unallocated items (including communications towards the external customers)
  • Daily and timely management of the requests from internal customers
  • Occasinal review of customer payments proposals
  • Other responsibilities, current or future, relating to the process of bank statements clearing, bank accounts management (including but not limited to SAP related issues), broker management and customer accounts management


  • 2-5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting
  • Previous experience in OTC/AR Accounting preferred
  • Previous experince in Shared Services and/or Outsourcing environment welcome
  • Knowledge about IFRS preferred

IT Skills

  • Prior experience with major ERP systems, SAP experience preferred
  • Microsoft Excel – basic to intermediate with knowledge of Pivot Tables, LOOKUPs

Foreign Languages

  • English intermediate/advanced level
  • Nordic languages are not required, but are a plus


  • University degree in Business Administration or Economics, preferred focus in Accounting, Insurance  and /or Finance
