Job role

The Business Partner Controlling department is responsible for the central controlling of business units and international locations of Allianz Technology SE. They are the interface between central controlling, business area and international locations controlling with focus on steering the P&L, analyzing financial results, advising and challenging the business and recommending the management regarding financial decisions. The Controlling Expert role supports Business Partners in the following activities.

Responsibilities

Support the coordination and quality assurance of planning and forecasting processes and tools

  • 1st level support for end users of planning & forecasting users
  • Validation of planning and forecasting data
  • Maintenance and user management of AZ Tech planning and forecasting tool
  • Consolidation and quality assurance of bottom-up plans and forecast, delivered by pillars and locations

Management of operational master data maintenance processes (. profit centers & costcenters)

  • Process master data requests (new / change / close) received from business units orother stakeholders
  • Regular quality assurance and cleansing of master data in various Financeapplications (mainly SAP & SharePoint)
  • Support improvement and simplification of master data management processes &toolsApplication management for FTE approval tool (Staff Requisition Process)
  • Incident & problem management including 1st level support for end users andrecommendation for tool enhancement/ improvements
  • Coordination of monthly updates of FTE actuals
  • Prepare specific reports (. process KPIs)- Support international tool rollouts

Evaluation of project approval requests on behalf of Finance/Controlling department

  • Support evaluation of business cases- Support Finance’ assessment of project approval requests by . in-depth financial analysis
  • Support quality assurance of project master data in project management tool and SAP Support steering of services and projects towards the financial targets of Allianz Technology SE
  • Preparing monthly overviews of financial figures (cash / cost / revenue / P&L) asinput to central business partner team, international locations and business areas
  • Preparing overview of financial status of projects and investments
  • Follow up on cost savings measures

Requirements

  • Professional experience in Finance/ Controlling area (>1 year)
  • University degree in Finance, Business, Management or comparable
  • Solid knowledge of controlling tools ( SAP CO/OM, CO-PA, SAP BW/BO is beneficial)
  • Profound skills in MS Office / SharePoint/ Excel beneficialFluent in written and spoken English
  • German language skills would be a plus
