For our IT Center Timisoara, we are looking for a Consulting Support SAP HR

 

Responsibilities:

Participate in international projects and programs regarding SAP HR

Ensuring implementation of SAP HR functionalities according to requirements and SAP customizing standards

Act as interface between business and IT development as well as conduct support (. training of key users)

Ensuring efficient incident and problem management within the service providing of SAP HR

Ongoing analysis and optimization of business processes together with the internal business process owner establishment of global companywide standards

 

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in administrative business processes in SAP HR

University degree in informatics, business informatics or comparable professional training with a similar background

Very good command in German

Very good command in English

Basic experiences with SAP implementations (requirements management, business blueprints, trainings, roll-outs and customizing)

Readiness for international business trips
