Console QA Tester

Since the days when PAC MAN filled the arcades, we have brought many wondrous games enjoyed by millions of fans on a multitude of old platforms. We want to bring them back and restore them to their glory, so they can be experienced by their fans on new platforms and reach a new generation of gamers. For this, we need your talent, your passion and your ability to be creative and solve what looks impossible for others.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, analyze and report defects within the application
• Execute test cases and analyze the results
• Write new test cases based on design documentation and edit existing test cases if necessary
• Validate builds for deployment by conducting all necessary testing (functional, compliance, compatibility)
• Constantly communicate about the discovered issues with the production team
• Perform exploratory testing to discover rare and interesting bugs
• Actively participate with ideas and improvement suggestions
• Create activity reports when necessary

The skills you will need:

• 2+ Years of experience on a similar role
• Proven judgement to evaluate importance and impact of bugs
• Experience with Jira or other bug tracking tools
• Proven experience with multiple platforms and operating systems (At least 2 of: Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, Xbox One, PC)
• Good analytical skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and PC functionality
• Ability to follow company guidelines
• Curious and fast learner
• Self-motivated, with a high level of self-discipline
• Excellent use of English language, both oral and written
• Proactive attitude
• Excellent communication skills

 Nice to Have:

• Experience with compliance testing (Lotcheck, TRC, XR)
