We are looking for a dedicated Community Support Specialist for our new project,

The Community Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction by maintaining the quality of workers on our platform for the temporary positions provided by our clients. The ideal candidate will have previous recruiting or account management experience within the staffing, hospitality or similar B2B services industry, be a strategic thinker and be able to thrive in a fluid environment. This role requires strong recruiting and research acumen to provide a consistent high quality pipeline of candidates along with excellent candidate and Client relationship skills.


• Fluent in English, Romanian and Hungarian (Italian, French, German or any another European language is a plus)

• Prior experience working in a high volume corporate recruiting, staffing, and/ sourcing environment is preferred• Focus on customer satisfaction

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail 

• Willingness to work in a fast-moving, dynamic company culture and industry

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

• Opportunistic, innovative and creative – entrepreneurial mindset with can-do mentality

• Implement creative and targeted search strategies to build sustainable candidate pipelines

• Lead group and individual interviews, presentations, and trainings to gauge quality of the workforce

• Telephone pre-screen, interview and complete the registration process for all candidates in line 

• Maintain all databases, management reports and documentation in an accurate and timely manner

• Ensure successful service delivery through operational execution, constant communication and client advocacy

• Maintain effective internal relationships with our Account Management, Product&Operations teams
