Or client, European retail chain, plans to develop and grow significantly it’s Romanian entity in the near future that is why we are looking for an Operation Manager who can have a positive impact on the business.
Your new role
As an Operation manager your main role will be to strengthen the business, improve productivity, drive profitably and growth of the Romanian entity and support the General Manager and the leadership team in taking business decisions.
You will be required to maintain budgets, oversee improvement projects, manage customer support and plan and support sales and marketing activities.
Another aspect of the role is to implement and manage operational plans and monitor adherence to procedures and evaluate performance.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to develop the business together with strong understanding of how retail industry operates.
General management experience is essential together with strong analytical and numerical skills to work out budgets and understand sales figures;
Since you'll have direct contact with different stakeholders, strong interpersonal communication skills and highly customer focus are necessary competencies. Very good organizational skills and accuracy will help you a lot!
Fluent in English, speech and writing is a must have for the role.
