Our team is looking for a new colleague who can fit the role of a commercial coordinator, with sufficient understanding of the central and service, awareness of financial and commercial obligations for Customer and Provider and know to use this knowledge to prepare needed materials.

Most common assignments that we work with include: 

  • Managing the Business Case in cooperation with Client Partner Management associated with the contract and provide commercial review material to the internal stakeholders (Client Management and Delivery); 

  • Ensure with the internal stakeholders the delivery of services in accordance to the contractual agreements; 

  • Supports the Central Client Partner Management of (Contract) Change Requests within commercial scope; 

  • Monitors commercials per contact and initiate measures to reflect the business case and/ or lower costs within Service Delivery in alignment with the Central Client Partner Management; 

  • Contributes to contract dispute solution in close cooperation with Client Partner Management, Service Owner and Contract Management; 

  • Contributes to manage risks associated to the contract and underlying business case, in accordance with the input provided by the respective Risk Manager; 

  • ensures with support of Contract Management and Service Owner (lead) that B2B agreements per contracts are existing and maintained; 

  • Identify and discuss upsell growth and upsell opportunities with Service Owner and Central Client Partner Manager; 

  • In the handling and proposal generation phase the Commercial Coordinator acts in close cooperation with sales and client management in accordance with agreed processes 

  • Manages System Changes (GAIN) and Other Changes (MMSA). 

Desired profile:

  • To have strong commercial awareness;

  • To have strong financial acumen; 

  • To have strong contractual knowledge; 

  • To have very good understanding of IT infrastructure; 

  • To have high attention to detail; 

  • To have very good understanding of IT processes; 

  • Be flexible and adjust easily to changes;

  • Preferably to have 2-4 years’ experience within the field of contract/ sales management
