            Job description

           Administrative

  • Organise fairs, events, delegations;
  • Inventory Administration; 
  • Responsible for contracts;
  • Responsible for local expenses;
  • Prepare files for lawyers;
  • Work with database of the customers;

           Economic (replace occasionally accountant): 

  • Book expenses;
  • Book payments; 
  • Work with open payments; 

           Ideal candidate :

  • Familiar with Sales;
  • English or German language;
  • Good selfmangemnt;
  • Project Management;
  • Understanding of commerce; 
  • Familiar with primary accountancy;
  • Computer Skills – excellent knowledge of computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and other office computer applications;
  • Self Starter - has a high energy level and is comfortable producing a high volume of work;
  • Focus on results;
