Job responsibilities :

  • Develops and implements the sales channels activity assessment reports;
  • Develops and draws up reports on the performance indicators at channel and company level;
  • Develops and draws up products performance monitoring reports;
  • Develops and implements certain rewarding systems based on the sales performance;
  • Develops and implements performance and recognition systems for collaborators with sales performance;
  • Creates and develops the fees scheme for the sales channels collaborators depending on the business requirements and needs;
  • Settles the complaints received from the sales channels regarding the monthly, quarterly and annual bonuses computation;
  • Monitors the fees based on the company performance indicators;
  • Involved in the department internal projects;
  • Involved in insurance products' development as well as voluntary pensions updates;
  • Direct communication with sales channels;
  • Assesses and processes sales agents requests for contractual updates or business requests
  • Communicates with external collaborators (Brokers, ASF, service providers, etc.)
  • Develops and draws up voluntary pensions participant reports;
  • Assesses and processes voluntary pensions contractual updates for NN participants;
  • Voluntary pensions payment for participants who reached the legal age;

 

Job requirements:

  • University degree in Economics preferably
  • PC knowledge – advanced (Microsoft Office);
  • English language – Medium;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Planning and organizing skills;
  • Customer orientation;
  • Self-confidence and responsibility.
