•Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases
•Arranging travel, appointments
•Evidence of clients’ debits
•Help recover debts from customers
•Preparing specific contracts, documents
•Updating the document database
•Writing reports for senior management
•Writing the business correspondence every day
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
The candidate should be:
•Basic accounting knowledges (primary accountancy). Knowledge of Wizcount Software would be an advantage (basic knowledges).
•Very good skills of MS Software and Office package.
•Very good communication and writing skills in English language.
