Entry (0-2 ani), Middle (2-5 ani)
Client service executive will act as a liaison between our external customers (big international retailers) and our internal departments (Production, Purchasing and Development).
- Provide timely, consistent and accurate support and account management via emails, phone - from order placement till shipping to clients;
- Develop relationships with clients to identify their needs and solve their concerns;
- Providing advice to both clients and colleagues;
- Coordinate between clients and relevant departments within the company;
- Carry out production reports – orders to be delivered on time or reasons for delays – and the TIS (Technical Information System) for each item.
- Bachelor's degree (Business administration or economics);
- At least 1 year work experience in a multinational environment;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
- Good knowledge of English is a must.
