Microchip Technology Inc is seeking a Client Development Specialist for virtual lead development and account management.

Job Responsibilities:

Ability to research, analyze and qualify sales leads from various sources;
Ability to create valid business reasons to engage with new sales leads in early sales funnel stages;
Ability to fearlessly approach engagement with new “potential” clients over phone, email or web conferencing;
Ability to collaborate with corporate divisions in Chandler, AZ to move clients from early sales funnel stages via phone calls, emails, web conferencing and engage field sales team when needed;
Ability to think differently, communicate and collaborate;
Ability to reprioritize with little notice;
Some knowledge of semiconductor business segments, . wireless, touch and security applications;
Ability to use creative approaches for new client engagements and problem-solving activities;
Ability to manage and grow small to medium client accounts.

Job Requirements:

Maximum 2 years of experience;
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications;
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office- Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint;
Ability to work with Microchip global sales team and clients on a virtual basis;
Keen attention to detail and organization;
Professional and dependable;
Familiarity with virtual marketing platforms such as: Salesforce, CRM or Equivalent; Marketo; LinkedIn; YouTube.
