As Chapter Lead on System Analysis you will drive better, faster and simpler solutions and technology direction.
Working in an Agile team to deliver real business value by writing epics, stories, provide peer reviews on deliverables and help develop automated test cases to keep your Agile team moving forward.
As leading analyst, your mission will be to conceptualize a business or technical solution, leveraging colleagues and partners.
You have mastered at least one methodology in-depth and have an advanced knowledge of either one or more business domains.
Hiring and developing a great system analysis chapter;
Monitor and control the planning of activities and priorities of the chapter, including the dependencies between squads, chapters and other internal/ external suppliers;
Technical SPOC for internal and external parties involved in the project;
Lead the definition, alignment, and documentation of Solution Design within a Capability domain, across all IT systems;
Oversees the whole picture and defines user stories that fit into the application chain (E2E) and in the total business process execution.
Assess the current state of the business and IT landscape to identify gaps, transition and integration requirements, recommend improvements and define the acceptance criteria.
Elaborate features and transform them into stories for the implementation backlog in order to enable the team to implement solutions that will meet the needs and definition of done of the product owner and stakeholders.
Manage multiple, complex projects. Facilitate the full project management life cycle. Mentor team members on aspects of project management.
Elaborate detail-oriented documentation for new and complex processes. Responsible for quality and validity of documentation.
Train the chapter in order to respect process and tools selected, in order to extract and document business requirements;
Help the squad to define the optimal operating model during project and in run period;
Manage process improvement. Provide framework for needed processes and own process improvement through successful
Support for Senior management in identifying opportunities to improve business through IT applications;
Identify new functionality and/or hardware requirements. Creates test plans. Responsible for review and validation of functionality;
Report to management on productivity, quality, operations, and system performance.
[What you bring to the chapter]
Experience in a similar role: 2 years minimum;
Strong analytical skills, ability to discover requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches;
Ability to combine market knowledge in order to formulate the right approach and follow progressions in own technical discipline.
Methods and concepts of design, analysis, programming and testing tools & techniques;
Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
Experience with detailed and complex epics and user stories
Experience with Agile methodologies;
We need your entrepreneurial mind-set and communication skills;
Experience leading chapters or teams developing highly concurrent and reliable distributed systems is a plus;
Financial or Payment processing background is a plus;
Database & operating systems knowledge [SQL or no-SQL]
