Huawei HR Shared Service Center European Branch is currently looking for a Call Center Representative (CCR).

Responsibilities:

1. Deal with employees’ HR inquiries and requirements according to company policy and SLA requirement via phone call, WebChat or email

2. Operate the knowledge management mechanism, maintain knowledge data and case constantly and improve self-service capability in a long term.

3. Discover procedure problems through data and case analysis, enhance user-experience and satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

1. Customer-oriented, call center or service working experience is an advance 

2. Fluency both oral and written in English and French 

3. Strong interpersonal skills

4. Self-motivated, good team spirit and cultural adaptability

5. Strong ability to learn and understand new information 

6. Be able to work under pressure

7. Familiar with office software
