- Answer to general inquiries about company and its services by telephone in a professional manner.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationship with customers in order to ensure that the best quality service is offered.
- Record, complete and correct booking details, in order to generate revenue and ensure prompt, effective service levels are maintained.
- Deal courteously with customer queries and complaints.
- Provide telephone trace requests from customers and other DHL stations.
