We are currently recruiting for one of the leading companies in the home decoration and kitchen accessories field, that's been active on the market since 2008.
Responsible for managing the stock of a retail company that is importing goods directly from manufacturers;
Performing procurement activities across multiple categories of goods;
Managing the stock of the company using the ERP software;
Providing detailed Excel reports;Maintaining and reviewing records of items bought, costs, deliveries, sales and inventories;
Preparing and processing purchase orders, import documents, delivery documents for the stores;
Monitoring and forecasting sales records and inventory levels of current stock.
Proven working experience in stock management and reporting;
Advanced working experience using ERP software and Excel ( Charisma is a plus);
Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures;Familiarity with sourcing and supplier management;
Min 3 yrs experience.
