Manage exception messages ( MRP signals ).
Level the demand according to the available capacity and prepare the production plan.
Develop informational flow to production & warehouse.
Calculate safety stocks/MOQs for materials according to the ABC classification, demand, past consumption and customer orders.
Prepare the shipping plan and follow up with the WH to ensure correct delivery towards the customer.
Organize and monitors returns from the customer.
Monitor site stock levels to ensure that customer requirements can be serviced at all times. Manage engineering changes levels to prevent excessive or redundant stock.
Supporting new production introduction programs including initial RFQ activity to achieve program needs and goals.
Maintain the Suppliers database, price lists, weekly MRP run.
Prepare, send and track orders.
Maintain the stock levels between the targets.
Support the transport and import export department.
Develop long term acquisition plans, including: Supplier development, contract strategies, stock and cost management, improvement of the acquisition instruments, measurements, market softwares.
Issue, maintain and revise acquisition files, reports and price lists.
Supervise Suppliers performance.

3 years of experience in Logistics
Fluent English speaker
Good computer skills
SAP experience is an advantage
