Activities

You will manage a portfolio of customers and be part of team organized in market related groups.

  • Order handling: intake and follow up .
  • Improve the order fluidity by anticipating the blockages in the order-to-cash process and propose solutions
  • In this perspective  and in line with our internal guideline manage the customer master data'handle multiple tasks (orders follow-up, credit notes), solve complex situations (credit/quota blocs, logistic issues, claims, returns), identify the problems and find the appropriate solutions with the leading team coordinator locally or centrally and the transversal departments (credit, supply chain)
  • The objective is to deliver in time in the most cost effective way and to reach a high customer satisfaction
  • In close collaboration with the account manager, follow-up the monthly sales target (BSM, quota, orders level, ...) and apply the commercial agreements (rebates, consignment stocks).
  • Promote the business tools (e-customer, e-billing, web, EDI ...) to customers.
  • Contribute to a better performance notifying dysfunctions and propose solutions to the leading team coordinator.

Accountabilities

  • Order handling: intake and follow up .
  • Improve the order fluidity by anticipating the blockages in the order-to-cash process and propose solutions or escalate to 2nd level HQ leading team coordinator
  • For customers with a simple structure create contracts, rebates and follow up
  • Contribute to satisfy the customers in being the 1st level  contact point between Total and the customers, in the most cost effective way either solve the issue either dispatch to 2nd level support
  • Assist the Account Manager in commercial and administrative tasks, by using tools (Qlickview, sales force)
  • Be attentive to customer requirements in accordance with the instructions of the management and Total's rules (SarBox, Ethic, corruption)

Qualifications/Experience required

  • order to cash experience 
  • SAP acknowledge 
  • Good knowledge of English (must), French and Dutch/Flemish  (spoken and written)
  • Capacity of analysis, synthesis, initiative and good relationship. Ability to work in an organized way, sense of initiative ,teamwork, analytical mindset. Stress resistance and adaptability
