Main responsibilities:

  • In charge of 2 internal systems used worldwide in the After-Sales entities;
  • Plays the role of intermediary between the Business users of the applications and the IT department;
  • In charge of developing and adding new functionalities to the systems;
  • Ensures the permanent contact with both key users and developers, managing and planning evolution, and ensuring the good functioning of their application;
  • Ensures the smooth running of flows between the applications and other connected systems;
  • Creates gap analyses between the existing functionalities and the needs of key users;
  • Writes user stories to be transferred to the development teams;
  • Manages the communication and trains the new functionalities to all users;
  • Manages the access rights and user incidents.

The ideal candidate:

  • French and English- advanced level;
  • MS Office proficiency (Excel and Access): manipulating data, database queries, VBA and SQL;
  • BI experience is a plus (Business Objects; Google Analytics);
  • Responsible and autonomous, adaptable, curious and attentive person, capable of analyzing complex situations;
  • Experience in project management- is a plus
  • Knowledge of the agile methodology is a plus.
