KEY RESPONSIBILITIES                                                  

  • Establish executive client relationships and manage key contact persons, key decision makers
  • Identify potential new clients, business opportunities also across the border of the country in the whole supply chain and persuade new customers to place business with KOR Group
  • Work with clients to identify their needs locally and cross border and work out how the company can best meet those requirements
  • Generate proposals/quotations, plan customer meetings, make company presentations to customers, manage sales negotiations and close deals at the customer
  • Maintain satisfactory after-sale relationship and develop a long- term customer relationship (farming)
  • Continues competition monitoring
  • Maintain a solid understanding of current market dynamics and trends, develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge
  • Manage and participate in planning, forecasting, budgeting; implement agreed sales and marketing plans
  • Ensure timelines are met and financial results are maximized/ optimized
  • Ensure precise reporting locally and to the country/regional/central/cross border functions
  • Propose new service developments based on customer / market demands
  • Increase penetration of KOR’s services (hunting)
  • Geographical responsibility: Romania

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word – advanced
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience (service area and working with automotive companies consist an advantage)
  • English language knowledge on negotiation level
  • Driving license : B
  • Excellent communicator, negotiator, executer, multi-tasker
  • Hands on, go better type of person with strong field orientation
  • Strong self-drive and motivation, eagerness to constant development
  • High level of problem solving skills, proactive thinking and acting
  • Team player
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Passionate, credible and assertive
  • Willingness to travel
