Requirements:

  • 2 year experience as a Sales Representative in DIY environment
  • Key Account Management will be a strong asset
  • Fluent English and native Romanian
  • Knowledge of traditional as well modern trade channels
  • Strong relationships with DIY chains
  • Proven record of successful sales, ideally with newly introduced brands/products
  • Good Excel knowledge
  • Valid Driver License
  • Solution based mindset

 

Responsibilities:

  • Execution of sales plans
  • Keeping positive relations with recipients' decision-makers
  • Introducing new products to individual recipients
  • Verifying POS materials and its proper appearance through:
    • acting upon his/her own initiative
    • supervising the work of merchandiser
    • replenishing deficits in goods
    • price labelling if necessary
  • Obtaining orders from recipients
  • Controlling the availability of the product base in the store
  • Organising and participating in shows indicated by the Principal
  • Organising promotional campaigns and promotion-related activities
  • Organising on-going training courses for recipients' staff
  • International Travel
  • Extensive local travel (up to 70%)
  • Excel data sales analysis
