123ContactForm is looking for a highly motivated and positive individual to serve on our new team of Business Development Executive. Your main job is to find sales leads from existing company contacts, pitch our services, reply to their questions and ensure you have a great working relationship with all of them. Once you find these leads, your new job is to convince these prospects to accept a meeting with our sales team. 

This ideal candidate must possess: strong organizational, customer service and time management skills, basic to proficient computer skills and excellent verbal communication skills.
He/She must also be highly comfortable speaking with prospective customers on the phone for outbound sales calls to schedule sales appointments.


Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Contact businesses by phone / email
  • Follow prepared sales scripts to spark interest from potential customers to schedule sales appointments
  • Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
  • Identify and overcome objections
  • Take the customer through the pre-sales process
  • Obtain customer information
  • Obtain possible customer leads
  • Maintain potential customer data bases
  • Follow up on initial contacts
  • Respond via email / phone to potential customers inquires

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of sales / pre-sales principles and methods
  • Proven track record in sales / call center
  • Proficient level English (American or British accent)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
