Work within the Global Logistics organisation of Oracle University creating and supporting reporting and business tools for use by the Delivery organisation globally.
·Understand the business model and be able to turn requests from internal customers into reports / solutions that meet their needs.
·Manage existing reports developed using Oracle OBIEE, Oracle APEX and Excel.
·Investigate new approaches to provide technical solutions to the problems faced by the business.
·Provide support to internal customers on existing and new tools/systems. Resolve bugs and issues.
·Advanced Excel User – extremely competent in all aspects of Excel
·Some experience with SQL
·Excellent communication skills. Fluency in English required. (English is the working language).
