So you think you got all that it takes to be in game development, huh? Well…we’ll be the judges of that.

This boot camp will be the survival of the fittest. You'll sweat, you'll cry, you'll call for your momma, but by God we will teach you all that it takes to get out there and handle everything the game industry throws at you.

For a whole year, you will be guided by a mentor and get the chance to collaborate with teams of designers and programmers from different worldwide sites. In order to help develop some of Ubisoft’s major AAA titles, you will work with tools like C/C++, SQL, Python, etc.

You will learn how to design, prototype, implement and improve systems related to online gameplay from the backend to the game client. You will have the chance to develop online game features, as well as tools and monitoring solutions, while learning from the top industry experts and being exposed to a multitude of technologies. At the end of the internship, you can continue as a full time employee.

The schedule will be 8 FULL HOURS. If you sometimes need to go to college for exams or courses, you can forget about it speak to your mentor. During this bootcamp, you will receive monthly rations in form of salaries.
We're looking for tough, resilient and fearless recruits with a minimum technical background - familiar with a programming language, such as C++.

If you think you can handle our intensive training, band together with your brothers and sisters in code, send your resumes  and state your intentions. Ideally, you’ll send the resumes while doing 20 push-ups.

Your profile:

  • Motivated to work in the video games industry;
  • Programming skills (any programming language; C/C++ is an advantage);
  • Advantage: previous personal gaming projects;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Flexible, driven, fast learner and eager to evolve;
  • Team player.


  • Acquire and apply knowledge of C/C++ programming language;
  • Work closely with the team members to develop game features;
  • Debug and modify existing code;
  • Write efficient code and technical documentation.
