He/She will actively do sales calls from the office to the existing clients. He/She will make sure that the clients make their periodic orders, the orders are optimised logistically, in accordance with the commercial policies etc. The person will not only get periodic orders from clients but also will promote new products, will inform the client about the monthly/periodic promotions, out of stock situations, stock liquidations, logistic details about deliveries etc. to keep the clients well informed about all the details of their orders as well as the new developments in product portfolio, logistic and commercial policies of Monte Bianco in a timely manner. He/She will make sure that orders taken daily have been introduced into the ERP in a timely manner and the whole order delivery process goes smoothly until the reception of the goods. Follows up the payment terms and informs the clients about the due payments in a timely manner, informs accounting department and upper management about the payment problems without any delays. This a office sales position, it does not require visiting clients. The person reports to "Distributor and HORECA Sales Manager" who is responsible for visiting new and existing clients, developing customer basis, establishing sales terms with the client.
-At least 3 years of sales experience in a similar position, preferably B2B, experience in selling to/dealing with distributors is a plus
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Very good organisational skills, a team player, dynamic personality, keen on details
-Persuasive and captive on the phone
-University graduate, English language is a plus
