Main Purpose of Job:

  • Be an ambassador for Nespresso
  • Establish and acquire new customers in office corporate channel
  • Retain existing customers, building up professional network


  • Achievement of objectives set by Country Manager
  • Interface with existing customers, build up networks and relationships
  • Increase business with existing customers
  • Deliver growth in respective area
  • Compliance with Nespresso quality standards (excellent personal presentation)
  • Acquire new customers by following the Nespresso B2B Sales Proces
  • Selection of customers (prospects) via different tools and sources
  • Complete all administrative tasks linked with the signing of new contracts: passing of complete file and information to the Country manager (filled forms, reports, etc.)


  • Commercial experience in a similar position of at least 3 years in B2B environment, premium brand or services preferred
  • University Degree
  • Proven track record of results, effective selling, driving sustainable profitable growth
  • Understanding business enablers, customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Effective Negotiation skills
  • Strong work ethic, integrity and transparency
  • Strong customer focus
  • Strong interpersonal/communications skills/good at networking
  • Ability to act independently while respecting company policies, guidelines and strategies
  • Ability to work under pressure, energized by tough challenge
  • Proficiency in English is a must
