Market leading company activating in the building materials area is looking for highly motivated professionals to join our team in the role of B2B Sales Manager. We have one opening for Bucharest and one for Cluj.

The ideal candidate is a senior sales professional with relevant experience and proven results in successfully promoting and selling to major building companies and contractors.

The job challenge is to reach and extend the targets and goals set for the area you will be in charge with, as well as to take over new markets depending on company's strategy. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual with strong selling, negotiating and client management skills.

As a B2B Sales Representative you will be in charge with:

  • Direct selling to major construction projects, construction companies and contractors
  • Increasing business opportunities through creative projects
  • Servicing the needs of your existing customers
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Keeping up to date with own portfolio and competitors’

Relevant B2B selling experience in the area of building materials is a must.

In calitate de B2B Sales Representative  vei fi in controlul unei zone de business pe care o poti construi si extinde in acord cu tintele tale si cu strategia de crestere a companiei.

Concret, vei conduce urmatoarele activitati si procese:

  • Vanzare de solutii si proiecte de business catre contractori, dezvoltatori si firme de materiale de constructii
  • Analiza, estimare trenduri si luare decizii orientate spre dezvoltarea afacerii
  • Dezvoltarea oportunitatilor de afaceri prin proiecte inovative
  • Managementul portofoliului, mentinerea relatiei cu clientii, colectare si analiza feedback,
  • Cercetare piata & competitor

Este necesara experienta relevanta in vanzarea si promovarea materialelor de constructii.
