We are looking for a very organized and dynamic Assistant Manager with a pro-active attitude to help organize and run our Support Departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence;
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports;
  • Handling protocol related tasks with guest;
  • Complete all month-end close related responsibilities and tasks;
  • Ensuring schedules and objectives are met;

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
  • Bachelor's Degree

Required skills and abilities:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time;
  • Experience with MS Office Products, specifically Excel;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Excellent time management/organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in English – spoken and written
  • Fluency in German – is a plus
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving attitude
