- more than 1 year of working experience in Japanese restaurant (Sushi, Tempura, etc.)
- more than 2 years of working experience in French, Italian cuisine.
-skills and experiences in filleting fish (Tuna, Salmon, etc.)
-9hrs / day (including 1 hour break)
-5days / week
Salary will be decided considering your skills and experiences.
