- Managing the day to day Business with his/her customer’s portfolio of his/her area
- Implementing creative ways of opening corporate accounts to increase client base and sales figures.
- Achieving sales KPI’s;
- Establish specific strategies to each client with respect of the Manager policies
- Solve various situations arising in trade relations with partners and customers;
- Permanent update of information about the market and competition;
- Collaborate with other departments for a good business operation;
- Participate in various marketing and products advertising, including participation in fairs;
- Ensure visibility of products in our partner’s showrooms;
- Doing Sales and technical training presentations to our customers’ team;
- Promote products through alternative channels: designers and architects.
- Technical university degree will be an advantage;
- A minimum two years in a similar Sales position, in the field of sanitary industry, plumbing hardware, is preferable.
- Must have the willingness to develop business, to travel on the field weekly, and meet with the customers’ requirements.
- English (both oral and written) proficiency is mandatory;
- To know well the Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- To be a structured and well-organized person;
- To be an open minded person, dynamic, creative, motivated by challenges and multitasking.
- Being able to adapt to a dynamic environment without stress but with concrete sales, achievements and deadlines; and customer oriented;
- Driving license category B.
