The ideal candidate:
A young, active and dynamic sales person. Ideally you should have experience in HVAC sales but it is not a must.
Sales skills or talent are necessary, engineering can be trained.
Dynamism and goal orientation are crucial. Independence is required in terms of subsequent project management under supervision.
