Role responsibilities:

• Executes the sales plan for the region (Cluj, Mures, Satu Mare, Baia Mare, Bistrita, Salaj) according the commercial policy of the company, achieving the quantitative and qualitative plans and targets for the region.
• Presenting the product portfolio and negotiating with distributors, ensure the availability of the products at distributors sites
• Works closely with distributors and wholesalers and develops region’s market
• Supporting brand awareness and recognition and further developing the distribution of the portfolio products
• Improves distribution in the assigned region
• Controls the correct and timely document flow with customers
• Manages the collection of receivables and monitors compliance to deferred payments conditions
• Prepares market analyses and other reports for the distribution channels for the assigned region
• Manages a team of sales representatives of the distributors
• Agreeing and positioning advertising materials, executing promotional and merchandising activities together with the sales agent of the distributors


Requirements:
• University Degree (preferably in the field of Economics)
• At least 5 years professional experience in the field of spirits, wines or tobacco sales
• Excellent sales and marketing skills;
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Proactive person, able to make decisions independently;
• Good level of written and spoken English (at least B2)
• PC skills – MS Office
• Clean driving license
