3. Purpose of the job:


It actively contributes to the achievement of Ritchy 's sales and marketing objectives on the Romanian territory by: promoting the company image, implementing the business strategy, managing the relationship with customers & assigned distributors and develop distribution for the company's products, according to Ritchy`s policy


4. Responsibilities:


Management of commercial activities:


  • It is responsible for visiting all the customers on its route, according to the market structure and the instructions received from the direct manager;
  • Develops and maintains an effective Route to Market plan, including proactive search for new sales points
  • It is responsible for the monthly achievement of goals set by the direct manager or other Trade Marketing objectives related to the first (increase numerical distribution, visibility, placement & POSM management, implementation of consumer activation, identification of new locations, price management, etc.). )
  • Ensure that Ritchy`s products are available for sale on locations in the assigned territory, in accordance with the company's goals and strategies, with a proactive sales attitude and avoidance of OOS
  • Ensure that the stock & visibility of Ritchy`s products (in the sales space of the locations in the assigned territory) is greater than or equal to the one of competition, thus increasing the brand awareness of the company's products in a proactive way
  • Manages, in the assigned territory, the promotional Sample Cases and optimal maintenance of the Company's Testing Stations
  • Ensures that the customer database in the assigned territory is correct (the location status and address of the location is correct, the segmentation of the locations are in accordance with the Ritchy`s policy, the location identification data are correct); in the same time, periodically check on the Internet the correctness of the data uploaded into the Storelocator - in its reference area; acts if those info are not correct

- Complete all company reports with real information about its activity or other information (presence, sale, competition activity, etc.), exclusively based on the data obtained in the location during the market visit (business intelligence) and forward it to the direct manager

- Cooperates with distributors in their locations, in the price management activity, according to the company`s policy


POSM / Fixed Assets:

- Responsibly allocate POSMs / Fixed Assets to Ritchy`s Clients, according to company policies and procedures, in its area of responsibility; place and ensure that promotional items are displayed in the locations on the assigned territory, in accordance with current business activities

- Complete and sign the required documents at the clients which receives POSMs  (over a company-set value) / fixed assets , according to the procedures in force and ensure they are registered in the database

- Ensure that all Ritchy`s POSM / Fixed Assets are placed and used to sell and promote the Company's products, in accordance with policies and procedures  and contractual terms

- Identify / check the presence of Ritchy's POSMs / Fixed Assets in locations within the responsible area at each visit , based on the database info


Budget Management / Promotions:

- Ensure that the allocated budget / promotions , incoming through the Trade Marketing / Marketing activities is spend according to the direction established by the company in order to increase the performance indicators in the assigned territory ;  responsible also to prepare all necessary documents.


General responsibilities

- Responsible for the image of the company, which is promoted to its clients through its daily activity and proactive attitude

- Expresses particular care in transmitting information to the client and the consumer, refraining from transmitting information that could harm the employer, which he / she is not competent to offer and / or is unsure of, and has the obligation to report Immediately such situations to the hierarchical superior.

- Permanent will have a respectful attitude towards the customer, will take note of all the client's observations and will communicate them to the hierarchical head, will supervise his / her language and conduct with regard to any persons he / she contacts - during the entire activity , and will have a civilized behavior /decent attitude in dealing with customers, service colleagues, third parties

- Acquires and respects all procedures, internal rules  and policies, as well as their components on departments / functions.

- Performs any other job duties that are part of the job , not notified here

- Only work in normal condition without being under the influence of alcoholic beverages and sufficiently restful;

• Experience in direct sales, minimum 3 years
