AREA SALES MANAGER (IASI, TIMISOARA, BRASOV)
opening for a professional experienced in sales FMCG industry, located in Timisoara, Brasov or Iasi, for one of our clients, one of Europe's largest coffee distributors.
The main role of the ASM, reporting to Sales Director is to promote company’s products, focusing on detecting and generating more business opportunities. In collaboration with the national distributor, he will supervise the local distributor’s sales team in running the action plans by increasing the company’s presence on the Market, on both traditional trade and modern trade channels.
• Responsible for maintaining and developing successful business cooperation, in order to build and maintain their interest and satisfaction in the company's products, through systematically analyzing and reporting of sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends to make proposals for improvement
• Evaluate the customer potential within allocated area and identifying new business opportunities and challenges
• Monitor market evolution in terms of consumption habits of the costumers as well as competition activities and pricing
• Presentation, negotiation and implementation of targeted plans for range, shelf space, promotions, pricing, services
The Area Sales Managers we are looking should have minimum 5 years of previous experience in sales with successful track record in FMCG, ideally covering same geographical areas (Romania and Republic of Moldova) and holding a technical University degree ideally in economics, Technical background preferred.
Proven successful experience within sales both in the traditional and modern trade channels commercial approach, trends, processes and procedures and advanced knowledge of MS Office; English knowledge will be a plus.
Availability for extensive traveling (4 days/week) is required since the role covers West of Romania (Timis, Arad, Hunedoara, Bihor & Caras Severin), or Center Romania (Brasov, Mures, Sibiu, Covasna & Prahova) or N-E of Romania (Iasi, Suceava, Neamt & Bacau) and Republic of
