Open position for:

Brasov: BV, SB, AB, MS, HR, CV – based in Brasov or Tg. Mures (Hungarian speaker would be an advantage)

Description:
•Manages current customer’s portfolio
•Improves / increases customer’s portfolio
•In charge with contracts and price negotiation
•Collects, monitors and communicates market information to N+1 and to the team (competition, new products, prices, marketing campaigns, market share, etc)
•Increase annually the market share in his area of responsibility (communicates needed resources for increasing of market share)
•Sustains products presentation to the customers
•Set applicator’s daily activity for his area of responsibility
•Involves in the testing phase of new products
•Involves in launching actions of new products
•Communicates with all departments of BU in order to offer the right products and services to the customers
•Create database in daily activity (visits, claims, leads, updates etc)
•Complies with commercial and price policy of the company
•Complies with trip and expenses policy of the company

Requirements:
•Experience minimum 2 years in sales, building materials industry
•Education: university degree, construction is a plus

•Communication skills; negotiation skills; collaborative spirit, proactive attitude , customer oriented, problem solving oriented
•Technical skills – to understand technical characteristics of our products and competition products, to understand technical specifications and customer needs related to product specification
•Flexibility / time management
