We are looking for an Application Responsible SAP SuccessFactors, for our IT Center in Timisoara. Take on a new challenge in a young & ambitious team!
- As Application Responsible for SAP SuccessFactors you are responsible for the entire SAP SuccessFactors platform on a global base;
- Perform changes at application level according to internal customer requirements and specification;
- Perform configuration and translate business processes into workflows on the specific SAP SuccessFactors modules;
- Responsible for the Release Management with support from the Application Consultants;
- Ensure SAP SuccessFactors platform stability, establish rules and guidelines and implement interface related requirements
- Foster product innovations and improvements in alignment with Solution Management Team;
- Participate in projects as technical leader and representative of the global HR Delivery Team;
- Provide operations documentation and continuously update documentation in order to hand over application or new functionalities to Operations Team;
- Provide operational second level support on the specific SAP SuccessFactors modules;
- Create test plans to conduct tests and generate test reports;
- Maintain system security, user and access administration.
- Degree in Economics, Computer since, Business informatics or similar;
- Experience in administrative business processes in SAP SuccessFactors;
- Consulting and implementation of HR processes in SAP Success Factors and project experience of 3+ years;
- Deep Knowledge of Employee Central module and at least one of the following SAP SuccessFactors modules: Recruiting, Learning, Performance and Goals;
- Good knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors platform and interfaces to SAP HCM required;
- Additional experience regarding SAP HCM (PY, PT, PA, OM) modules would be an advantage;
- SAP SuccessFactors certification would be an advantage
- Master data management and configuration;
- Problem solving, teamwork, communication and consulting skills necessary.
- Very good English language skills, German language skills would be an advantage.
