As an Agile Systems Automation Engineer you will play a key role in developing software which makes a real impact to people’s lives whether its developing Covid Tests and vaccines; helping scientists detect cancer; ensuring food safety or helping scientists develop biodegradable plastics – our work Delivers Benefit!

As an Agile Systems Automation Engineer you would be part of the Waters Informatics group producing software that is used by people worldwide for specialist measurement and scientific analysis. Your main responsibilities would include:

  • Playing an active part in our agile software development approach
  • Testing software deliverables through manual and automated testing techniques
  • Collaborating with other agile teams, including Product Owners and Business Analysts. These are both the local and global Waters teams.
  • Playing an active role in our agile software development approach, for example attending team ceremonies, contributing inputs and opinion to planning activities, reviews and retrospectives
  • Contribute to the improvement of our testing approach, particularly in the area of test automation and automation frameworks.
