In order to better handle our direct customers and offer a better and targeted service to our resellers and business partners in Southern Romania, we are looking for a charismatic personality to strengthen our team in technical field sales.

1. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers
Explain or demonstrate products, and actively propose new products and educate customers about function, utility and benefits of Rothoblaas products
Provide advice and technical support to customers and business partners
Organize your customer visits and independently plan your tours
Elaborate clear and effective proposals/quotations for customers and follow up
Visit planners, construction management offices, engineers and architects and take part in trade fairs
2. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Technical understanding / training or sales experience with technical products
Strong organization skills, flexibility and a problem-solving mentality
Joy in approaching and inspiring people
Determination and pleasure with competition
High level of motivation and ability to work independently
Good communication, negotiation and organization skills
Fluent written and spoken Rumanian, good English
Valid driving licence and willingness to be many hours in the car, travel within Southern Romania and occasionally abroad
