Advanced Service Engineer(Romania_Bucharest)


Main responsibilities:

1. Answering all phone calls and inquiries regarding service issues;

2. Responding on-site to repair and maintain the clients’ equipment nationally, as well as internationally;

3. Tracking and monitoring service problems and developing plans to prevent crisis from occurring; 4. Communicating with the NMS HQ Service Department when necessary;

5. Completing and maintaining all paperwork related to all service calls performed as required by local and company policies;

6. Assisting installations at new and existing customer sites, as needed, and maintaining an "on-call" schedule as needed.



1. Bachelor degree or above in bio-medical-engineering, industrial engineering or related field;

2. At least 5 years MRI service experience and knowledge of quality and manufacture;

3. Excellent communication skills with English speaking;

4. Good communication abilities with customers and colleagues;

5. Strong working knowledge of international and domestic service practice;

6. Basic understanding of cost and financial principles;

7. Service delivery experience in medical equipment industry;

8. Good ownership and self-motivation;

9. Creativity, Customer Focus and Technical Learning;

10. Willing to travel intensively and adapt to customer working hours;

11. Physically fit for field works.
