Your resonsibilities :
- Administration (2nd und 3rd-Level Support) of Microsoft Exchange Environments within enterprise environment (including 8 node clusters with apprmailboxes)
- Focus on O365 administration within hybrid installations
- Skype for business know how is an advantage
- Patch- und Change-Management for Exchange Environments
- ITIL know how is an advantage
- Developing ideas for continuous improvement within the Exchange Environment
- Self-reliant solving trouble tickets, planning and implementation of changes within the Exchange environment
Your qualification
- Well-founded knowledge as well as working experience within the areas mentioned above
- Associate degree and / or well-founded working experience of at least 3 years within the areas mentioned above
- Certifications within the areas mentioned above
- Solution orientated and customer oriented working methods
