Our company is looking to hire an Administrative Manager to be responsible for the general operation of the company and the office. Duties will involve administrative tasks and accounting, as well as human resources (recruiting processes) activities and office management.

Overseeing general office operation.
Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
Assuring primary book keeping in regards to invoices and bills
Support with human resources processes such as recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and motivating employees.
Support the team with various administrative financial and non-financial organization
