Banvit Romania was formed iWe started our operations with grain trading and then established our breeder production farm, hatchery and the feed mill. We are now seeking candidates to fulfill the vacant positions in our enthusiastic team in Romania.


Administrative assistant 

We are looking for a dynamic and organised person who will be responsible for the administrative tasks in our company.


Job description

  • Sales support by preparing reports for the sales team
  • Responsible for reporting to the Environment Authority
  • Following credit risk status of clients

Making invoices in System for:

  • Feed (daily)
  • Transportation (daily)
  • IBC (occasionally)
  • Discount (monthly)
  • Updating System Pricing Lists for Customers according to offers

Register consumptions in the System for:

  • raw materials and additives (monthly)
  • bagged feeds, bags and pellets (monthly)

    Making receipts in the System for:

  • all raw materials and additives
  • additional materials (all types of bags, pellets, LPG)
  • Register the drying corn quantities in the system
  • Register in System the received promissory notes and check for the customers.
  • Preparing contracts and raw material invoices; making price calculations according to quality of cereals – humidity and foreign objects
  • Organizing of invoices, waybills and CMR confirmed by customers by number and date
  • Verify the invoices from the transportation company
  • PMTS recordings for the internal delivery at our Farms
  • Daily raw material usage and stock report
  • Reporting to the Agricultural Department the monthly cereal stock
  • Preparing petty cash registry
  • Preparing expense reports
  • Bank deposits for checks and cash
  • Preparing expense reports





  • Highschool graduate - economic highschool would be an advantage
  • Preferably minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Team player with analitical ability
  • Good communication skills, calm and organized, willing to learn and develop
  • Working knowledge of MS office applications
  • Medium english knowledge
  • Clean driving licence
  • Willing to travel
