We are looking for an Administrative and Finance Responsible to join our team in Brasov.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Basic accounting and tax legislation knowledge
• Minimum 1 year experience in the accounting / financial field
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Organized person with high attention to details
• Ability to meet project deadlines and exceed key performance indicators
• Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure
• Excellent time management skills
• A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Ability to research best practices fast and accurately

As an Administrative and Finance Responsible, you will be in charge of ensuring administrative and financial support for all company's departments in daily tasks.

Core Responsibilities:

• Performs basic accounting activities
• Supports financial-accounting activities by providing documents, needed information and reports
• Accurately records financial-accounting documents
• Sends periodic reports to management
• Responsible for external/internal mailing, archiving activities
