The new Molson Coors Shared Service Center, located in the Global City Business Park of Bucharest – (Pipera area) - will house the teams responsible for the execution and handling of specific operational tasks - such as Accounting, Financial and Human Resources - for the Molson Coors group across the world.

In 2016 Molson Coors started operations of the SSC with the aim of becoming one of the best Shared Service Centers in Romania. This SSC will support Molson Coors globally in areas like HR, Financial and Accounting.
The most iconic brands of Molson Coors’ portfolio internationally are: Coors Light, Molson Canadian, Carling, Staropramen, Bergenbier, Jelen, Kamenitza that and other specialties like Blue Moon, Franciscan Well or Doom Bar.

 A few key things you’ll be responsible for:

  • Process timely and accurate payment of invoices, check requests, and credit memos
  • Review documents for reasonableness and research/analyse as required.
  • Follow up with vendors, employees, or management as required.
  • Communicate accounts payable process to others and provide input into processes to ensure a high quality of service.
  • Monitor entries and processes for compliance to accounting rules and audit controls.
  • Follow treasury and payments procedures as appropriate.
  • Summarize and report financial and non-financial data.

And now the qualifications:

  • 2 years experience required or business degree.
  • SAP experience or other ERP system preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • English language skills (B2 required, C1 preferred)
  • Time management skills.
  • Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills
