This role requires someone that can keep busy with a strong command of MS Office, a strong attention to detail, an ability to work in a high-paced changing environment, effective communication, and a friendly and professional personality. This position will include, and may not be limited to, correspondence, client file processing, meeting arrangements, processing travel reimbursements, and other related tasks as needed.

The position shall assist the firm’s accounting advice team.

Knowledge/Skills, Experience:
Foreign Languages Graduate or Secretarial College Graduate
Knowledge of typical office methods and procedures, filing, telephone techniques, scanning, and office equipment, as well as business English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Ability to quickly learn new software and/or tasks
Ability to work alone or as part of a team
Superior level of accuracy in work and attention to detail
Strong customer service skills are essential
Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management skills, including planning and prioritizing
Ability to multi-task, take direction, but also work independent
Good knowledge of English, French would be a plus.

Main responsibilities:
Client’s documents receipts and contact for further documents needed as per team instructions
Sort and distribute post and send and distribute faxes. Book and arrange couriers.
Maintenance of the documents entry journal
Documents archiving and maintenance of the client’s work file
Ready files for client’s hand out
Enter, transcribe, record, store, and/or maintain information in written or electronic form in accordance with the internal regulations of the company
Filling of documents with clients or proper authorities Support in preparing electronic MS Office files
Assist in all other administrative areas as needed.
