Location: Bucharest West Logistics Park. Transportation to location is assured by company with a minibus from Citi center.
Perform all financial closing operations (account analysis and reconciliation of general ledger accounts, bank reconciliation, posting the accruals for untaken holiday/bonuses/account payable, posting the provisions, validate and import of salaries related to the cost center level etc.) according to local and group procedures and deadlines;
Prepare financial reports
Assist in preparation of annual budgets by branch;
Assist with both internal and external audits;
Establishment of current standard cost estimates and support of the annual cost roll process.
Statements of the accounts are sent regularly to Local Departments;
Preparation of all statutory accounting reports and financial statements and various reports as required by the management;
Manual payments are processed starting from banks portals details;
Send regularly reports to Treasury in order to reconcile the balances or the number of items;
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
Economic background (graduate of Academy of Economic Studies or similar);
Relevant experience in a similar position: minimum 2-3 years as an accountant in companies (preferably not in SSC);
English knowledge is a plus.
General economic knowledge at a professional level;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel);
Ability to work independently, attention to details and accuracy, risk awareness;
Self-motivated person, proactive approach, willingness to learn and develop
Ability to communicate and relate, analytical, creative and economic thinking;
Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering quality results to tight deadlines;
